About Me
I started my work as a therapist because I believe we are more than the things that happen to us. We can also learn a lot about ourselves based on our past experiences. I hope to help you understand ways your past impacts your present without letting it keep you from seeing what's possible in the future. I named my practice Meaning-Full because there is a way to make meaning in every situation, but it requires a slowing down to see what's guiding you in the moment.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach myriad coping strategies while also getting unstuck from long-held beliefs about yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
